Return Policy

return-policy-minIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order and you can choose whether a change of product or a credit balance or a refund.

In order to accept the refund, all products must be in excellent condition with their labels on, their originality documents/certificates and original packaging as well as their purchase receipt.

Returning a damaged/worn out (except of the package opening)/ stained/ used or misused will not be accepted.

In case that our products will be returned in damage or with any kind of losses, our e-shop has the right to ask for compensation from our clients, the amount of which will be calculated from the condition of the refunded products while we will also have the capacity to achieve unilaterally a whole or a partial offsetting of our fiscal demands towards our client.

We would like to remind you that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender by charging him.

Finally, offer/discount products, limited-edition and personalized products created exclusively for you on request, are not eligible for refund.


Products can be changed with any available product of equal value.


Credit balance is credited in your account and can be used within 6 months of the return date.


Refunds are made immediately when returning products are received and checked. Refunds are only made on your original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used for the transaction. Money return will be held by the same means as the original collection.

In case of PayPal payment, the refund will be deposited into your PayPal account excluding the commission.

Refunds are not possible for discount products and interest-free purchases.


Shipping costs for the unnecessary return of the product to the company are charged to the purchaser and the shipment should be made by registered post or courier parchel including its original packaging. Returns of products by post are not accepted.


Since you enforce the Return Policy guidelines and as long as we receive the product and all the conditions described in this article are fulfilled, we will communicate with you to make a refund or replace the product.
